ABOUT FIRST LIGHT TRAUMA COUNSELING

What happened to you is only part of what we address at First Light Trauma Counseling. Healing occurs when we have hope that life gets better, which means tapping into our strengths, our negative patterns, and making the necessary changes in our lives to feel better again.

In therapy we will look at all angles of your trauma, from your childhood, the events that have shaped your adulthood, to what you hope for most in the future. We will look at your thought patterns and core beliefs through a compassionate lens. We will explore the way your body responds to trauma on subconscious levels. We will discover the tools and the factors that you need to move forward with your life.
